Pensiunea Vila Ad-Ella, Eforie Nord

A "Brancovan" villa, recently renovated and placed in Eforie Nord, at 80 meters from the sea ... having a modern "B" side, the villa kept the "Brancovan" style.
All the rooms have their bathroom and are perfectly isolated by thermopan windows. Air conditioning would be useful here because the architectonic structure preserve a constant, relaxing temperature all the time.
Our pension is opened for the entire year!

Sitting in the private caffee or in the restaurant, you are surrounded by flowers and old trees.
We have six double rooms and two apartments of two rooms.
At the beginning of 1928, the Georgecus started to build this relaxation establishment and it has been lived since 1932
In 1945 the villa was nationalized and included in the touristic circuit as a protocol villa.
In 1997, the villa was given back to the Georgescus and bought by the Grassingers - the present lander - in the same year.
From 1997 to 1999 the villa has been completely renovated, in the spirit of the beginning of the century, but keeping the Romanian architectonic particularity and using native materials like wood, stone, marble, granite that enforces a special comfort at the same time.
We inform you that in "Pension Villa AD-ELLA" you'll find AD-ELLA HOME and AD-ELLA FAMILY, so you should not expect to find formalisms or cliches like restaurant, hotel, self-service, don't expect to find luxury or richness !
Everything here is pure, natural, healthy, simple and beautiful, presented in a friendly environment accompanied by jazz, classic or genuine folk Romanian music.
So, we offer you what experience and studies from the west have shown that is mandatory in order to spend a nice pleasant holiday.
